Plot Twist
Quite the Quentin Tarantino plot twist, which explains the recent silence here. Mr. Blonde was offered an incredible opportunity for both professional and personal reasons that can not be passed up. Imagine Vic Vega (Mr. Blonde, Reservoir Dogs) joining his brother Vincent Vega (Pulp Fiction) for one more big job. Yes the films are connected if you were not aware (background here).
As a result of this development, the Stuck in the Middle substack will be on extended sabbatical. This was not Mr. Blonde’s intention when he started, so he is refunding all subscriptions that were directed at him. Prior month(s) substack fees and all processing fees are unfortunately the cost of doing business. Please be patient as the refund process takes time (some fintech companies are like dealing with your local bank branch, go figure) and there are many to be refunded. Hope to have it wrapped up in a few weeks.
The interest and support over the last year has been incredibly flattering and motivating. There is clearly intense interest for data-driven, empirically supported balanced risk taking opinion.
Don’t go too far, this is the end of a scene but not the end of the movie. No need to unsubscribe, there will be no spam but when/if there is a return you will be the first to know.
